How discreet is the system?
Extremely discreet. No joins are visible, and it’s perfectly fitted to the client’s head. That’s why regular maintenance appointments are so important.
How is it different from a wig?
It’s much more breathable, the size is tailored to the client’s specific hair loss area, and it can be adjusted (enlarged or reduced) depending on the progression of the hair loss.
Does it have any metal clips or parts?
No. This is especially important for clients recovering after chemotherapy.
How long does it last, and what’s the maintenance schedule?
Typically 2–3 years, depending on the client’s needs, system size, and how well the hair is cared for.
Is it made of real hair?
Yes. 100% human hair.
Can it be treated like natural hair (e.g. coloured or styled)?
Yes, but it’s best to visit a professional, ideally us, because otherwise, the warranty won’t apply.
Can the hair underneath still grow?
Yes, absolutely.
Can I visit a local hairdresser for styling the system?
You can, but we don’t recommend it. If something goes wrong, we can’t take responsibility for it.
