1. Appointments & Bookings
All new clients require an initial consultation before a system fitting.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours’ notice is given.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session.
 
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
 
3. Payments
Payment for hair systems is due in full before or on the day of fitting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maintenance appointments must be paid for at the time of service.

4. Refunds & Returns
Because our systems are bespoke and customised to each client, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all clients.
Bespoke Aura is not liable for medical complications, allergic reactions, or issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
